When you make a request for a partial or total withdrawal of capital, the value of SGK taken into account will be the one known at midnight of the day you registered or validated your request.
If funds are still subject to a six-month lock-in period, it will not be possible to withdraw them without being subject to a penalty of 25% of the amount involved. For example, if you invested in SGK 5,000 one year ago and SGK 10,000 three months ago, you can withdraw a maximum of SGK 5,000. If you still wish to withdraw your entire investment, the remaining SGK 10,000 will be subject to the penalty described above.
Refunds will be made according to the processing time related to the amount of funds you wish to withdraw. The processing time for withdrawals of all or part of the capital is a maximum of 30 days. For amounts greater than €500,000, this period is increased to 45 days.
Like the returns, the funds invested in Gravity are not guaranteed. Concerning Quantum, the invested capital is fixed, known in advance, and protected by guarantees. The guarantees cover most of the problems that can occur in the blockchain: hacks, governance attacks, de-correlation of assets from their underlying. We estimate that this protection assures you in 99% of the occurrences, the rest being events whose occurrence is random (wars, regulations, sanctions, etc.).
